We love this place when we are in Plymouth, and it's the first place we go to after checking into our hotel. The ice cream is amazing, and you are spoilt for choice as to which one to try. I wish there was one in Swindon where I live, as would be there most days but sadly we don't? The staff were very friendly, and nothing was too much trouble to make your visit enjoyable. A beautiful place to take people for a nice treat. With a wide range of ice cream and chocolate there is no way a sweet tooth won't like this. I had the best banana split in my life here and it was delicious and I was amazed by the ice cream in it. Blue banana ice cream it was so good I made this review so more people can taste this delight. They also sell pancakes and breakfast waffles. If you go here I hope you have a good time enjoy yourself and dig in.

I got a custom waffle by swapping some ingredients and the staff had no issue and we're happy to make it. I used the 10% student discount by showing my uni ID. The waffle was amazing, can't go wrong with white chocolate sauce and Bueno on top but the added ice cream scoop really brings the dish together. My newest late night craving, and since they are open till eleven I can eat freshly made waffles delivered to my door at 10:30 at night. If you wanted to go this is your sign to.

Delicious milkshakes, hot chocolates, waffles and sundaes. This prices are on the higher end but the food is very good quality and often (if it's waffles or crepes) is prepared freshly. Location is excellent, close to the town centre. It's never too busy giving it a calm, relaxed atmosphere. Staff are ok, nothing special about the customer service but no complaints either.

I haven't been in since before lockdown 1 but I'm seriously craving their banana splits. I will be in here again and again. I'd highly recommend Sundaes Gelato. Love this place. Our go to place when other restaurants have rubbish dessert menus. The choice of Gelato flavours, Crepes and Waffles are vast. The Gelato is so great and really good quality.
