If you fancy something sweet this is the place. Went here recently with my daughter and we enjoyed it. Family friendly large American style diner. Bare in mind there is no savoury menu ! but the icecreams, milkshakes, crepes ,pancakes etc that they do make are delicious ✅

Best service ever! There were around 50 of us yet we all received our orders minutes after ordering, thank you so much! Good quality desserts, decent portions as well. Extremely friendly and accommodating staff, all really enjoyed it.

Great Iceceam shop. Parking is avaliable easily around. Menue: wide variety of icecream and gelato. Cleanliness: Good. In some occasions chairs and tables are stained and sticky. Icecream: They are generous, with good price. Other menue: nicely presented and variable. Waiting times: not too long. Staff: Helpful and kind.

Beautiful decor, large seating space. I have used this place on numerous occasions. Sundaes Gelato is by far the best dessert place in Norwich, highly recommended. The management is brilliant and customer service is on point.

This is a great stop on a hot day in Norwich. Large selection of gellato flavors, as well as many options for signature desserts. Large, open, air conditioned seating area was pleasant and bright. Would highly recommend!

We have been here half a dozen times, and never had a problem. The owners a nice friendly guy, and the gelatos and desserts are tasty and well priced. It's also a very different kind of eatery, a perfect place for Norwich, which is why I think people should support this dessert based restaurant.

This is our favourite treat stop in Norwich. The coffee is fantastic, their waffles are the best I've ever had, made fresh while you wait. The ice cream is great value and there is a big selection. The service is excellent. Even when there's a queue the staff are friendly and helpful. The venue is always nice and clean. Happy kids and happy parents. Highly recommend!!

Not cheap, but pure quality. Also the portion size was very generous. I love ice cream and the brownie sundae I had was not only huge, but delicious, probably the best ice cream, cream combo I've had. A nice setting too. Huge variety to choose from. I can't wait to go back.

If your a nutella and ferro rochre kind of person then the ferro rochre waffle is for you the food comes fresh and warm the service isnt to bad and they have a selection of ice creams deserts crepes and a whole lot more and the second you walk into sundaes gelato you get a sensational smell and aroma its like a little kid in the best candy shop in town.
