Absolutely amazing. Called ahead and took 13 people in for my son’s birthday. The staff had gone out of their way to put up balloons, poppers and other bits. The food was delicious. We will definitely be returning and spreading the word that this team is fabulous!!

Took my partners little girl here once, and she chose a blue banana scoop. Now most visits to loughborough town centre with her mean we are visiting before the end of our trip. Shes 8, She loves it, super soft and creamy she says, the best ice cream ever! So you heard it from an expert 🙂 and shes shy but the staff are always lovely with her when she goes in to place her order, thank you for great customer service! Shes always happy when she leaves.

Really nice experience albeit they were quite busy. We had waffles which were quite deep yet still quite fluffy in texture with decent amount of toppings. Coffee was really nice too. Will go again.
